Decode other formats in WAV container

Description

wav files can have as a subtype (when we call an encoding)
256 different values, almost all of which are GSM, other G.72x variants or MP3 in a
WAV container.

We can decode those, though some may have tweaks to the headers.

sox_ng -t ffmpeg - foo.wav < foo.mp3

can decode MP3-in-WAV files in a file named foo.mp3
and if you -t mp3 - them, you get

/home/martin/sox_ng/src/.libs/sox_ng WARN mp3-util: MAD lost sync

and get a file 0.026 seconds shorter than
ffmpeg gives.

Conclusion

Try decoding such files, if we can find any.

If not, suggest Try -t gsm for GSM ones and so on.
