Extend `sox_version_flags_t`

Description

In sox_ng.h we have

/**
Client API:
Flags indicating whether optional features are present in this build of libSoX.
*/
typedef enum sox_version_flags_t {
    sox_version_none = 0,         /**< No special features = 0. */
    sox_version_have_popen = 1,   /**< popen = 1. */
    sox_version_have_magic = 2,   /**< magic = 2. */
    sox_version_have_threads = 4, /**< threads = 4. */
    sox_version_have_memopen = 8  /**< memopen = 8. */
} sox_version_flags_t;

That could be extended to flag a lot of things that
may or may not be available.

Analysis

files bigger than 4GB
