Let synth's pitch etc be controlled by MIDI

Description

Says it all.

Analysis

MIDI data can come from MIDI files or from realtime MIDI input.

MIDI files can be MIDI files (how are timestamps done?) or JSON files.

Pitch is easy (say midi instead of a pitch range) and controller data could do pitch bend and affect p1, p2 and p3.
